Front fender kit for the Jeep Wrangler TJ short wheelbase and LJ long wheelbase (1997-2006). It replaces the factory fenders, inner fender liners and underhood accessory brackets, and is made to work with the AEV high hood.
Features
- Fenders are 3/16 in aluminum; liners and brackets are 1/8 in aluminum
- Gains 4 in of clearance above the tire and 5 in behind it with the axle in the factory location
- Sized for 35 in tires with minimal lift, or 37 to 40 in tires with a deeper suspension build
- 3/4 in hole in each flare for an LED side marker/turn signal (sold separately)
- Welded, seamless finish
- Bolt-in: no drilling or cutting, factory hardware is reused
Notes
- Eliminates the factory inner fender liners and the brackets that hold underhood items on the factory fenders
- Install takes about a day with basic hand tools
- Available bare, in semi-gloss black powder coat or in textured black powder coat. Choose the model year (1997, 1998-2002 or 2003-2006) when ordering.
