BARNES 4WD 3.0 Axle Weld On Disc Brake Bracket Pair | P/N B4W37510P

This weld on bracket can be used to mount a disc brake caliper to any axle with a 3" axle tube. This disc brake bracket is made from 3/8" US plate steel. The brackets are laser cut and tapped to accept 1971-1986 Chevrolet K20 3/4 Ton 4WD Pickup calipers (Centric Part # 141.62042 and 141.62041). The rotors will have to be matched to your application. Disc brakes have a lot of advantages over drums. They decrease stopping distance by as much as 30%. They also do not clog with mud and other debris. Disc brakes systems can also weigh as much as 100 lb less than drum systems. Your brakes are one area that you do not want any inadequacies. Like all of our products, they are made in the USA from USA steel. Sold In Pairs
