Long Arm Kits
Long Arm Kits replace short factory control arms with longer arms and new frame mounts. The collection includes complete long-arm lift kits, long-arm upgrade kits, 3-link conversions and individual arms from Clayton Off Road, TeraFlex and RPM Steering. Fitment is Jeep only: Wrangler JK (2007-2018), Gladiator JT (2020-2025), Wrangler TJ (1997-2006), Wrangler LJ (2004-2006), Cherokee XJ (1984-2001), and Grand Cherokee ZJ (1993-1998) and WJ (1999-2004). Clayton Off Road lift kits range from 4.0 to 8.0 inches, and TeraFlex sells Alpine long arms individually for 3 to 6 inch lifts.
Long arms reduce the change in arm angle through suspension travel, which suits taller lifts. Check whether a kit is a complete lift or an upgrade for an existing lift, and confirm 2-door or 4-door fitment on JK models. Related: Control Arms, Lift Kits, Track Bars.
