The Rock Krawler Suspension JT 3.0 inch PRO - X "No-Limits" Mid-Arm System is specifically designed Rubicon owners who want a complete system, bolt-in installation, and some of the best articulation of any MID-ARM kit on the market. Our system proves its durability and off-road performance every time you hit the streets or trail! "No-Limits" comes from the inclusion of our front sway bar links specifically designed for use with the factory electronic sway bar disconnect feature found standard in your Rubicon Gladiator! The sway bar links themselves come with factory sized hardware, a CNC machined billet aluminum center section, and Made in USA heim joints from FK bearing, once installed, just press the button and hit the rocks! The inclusion of 8 adjustable control arms from the X-Factor family are the core to a perfectly dialed-in suspension. The kit becomes the "PRO - X" version due to our rear Bolt-in triangulated upper control arms. The triangulated 4-link rear assembly keeps the rear axle perfectly centered; allows for removal of the rear track bar, eliminates rear suspension bind, and the cross talk of the front and rear track bar arrangement, therefore greatly smoothing the highway ride. Our industry leading, X-Factor mid-Arms feature adjustable upper and lower control arms and offer a total of 95 degrees of misalignment when paired with our Adventure series Joints at the frame connection and the Krawler joints at the axle. The inherent bind in a factory JL/JT control arm is greatly reduced. With so much adjustability, it allows you to precision tune the JT's caster and pinion angle front and rear. Driving you home with the most comfortable ride possible in a Gladiator, are our TRIPLE RATE front coils and QUAD RATE rear coils. All 4 coils work together to achieve excellent on-road comfort that we feel is better than the OEM springs. The coil itself is built with the proper "Free-length" for off-road articulation and stays firmly seated in the coil bucket (as long as a proper length shock is installed), and overall, a very controlled reaction to bumps, rocks, sand, mud and whatever else you can manage to throw at them! All Rock Krawler JT systems include correction pads that reduce the spring bow inherent in the factory set up. The provided track bar geometry corrections, up front and removal of it in the rear in favor of triangulation, lets you perfectly center the axles so there is no compromise in on road handling. (Also, available for Dana UD60 and Dynatrac XD60 Applications)

General Notes:

  • All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (i.e. front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full size spare).
  • If building with a spare delete we recommend dropping 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
  • If building an "overland style" or heavily up-fitted build in the back, we recommend upsizing 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
  • We recommend a new front driveshaft if you plan to off-road routinely.(Adam's Drivesahft,Tom Woods,J.E. Reel)
  • Requires removal of the OEM shock mount off the frame (*If coilover system is purchased)
